Support is offered with care and intention. All coaching services begin with a brief intake review to ensure alignment and appropriateness of care.
For private coaching, please complete the short intake form below and book a Discovery Call. This helps clarify your goals and ensures this offering is the right fit before we schedule your session. Once your intake is reviewed, I will reach out with next steps.
Breathwork is typically offered in a group workshop setting; however, if you are seeking one-on-one guidance, please complete the Breathwork Intake form below. Payment is not required until I have reviewed your submission and have determined if it is the right fit at this time. Once your intake is reviewed, you will receive an email with next steps.
Please note: One-on-one breathwork sessions may be booked as a single session or as a five-session breathwork series. A series is ideal for those seeking consistency, integration and sustained support rather than a one-off experience. It is designed to be used within an agreed-upon timeframe. Sessions build upon one another and are offered with intention to support lasting shifts.

No. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health or medical support. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, alternative resources may be recommended.
Series sessions are designed to be used within an agreed‑upon timeframe and build upon one another for deeper integration.
For private coaching, sessions typically occur once or twice per week until the series is complete.
For one‑on‑one breathwork, cadence is determined after the first session to ensure your body has the appropriate time to integrate. Sessions generally occur once per week, twice per week or bi‑weekly. A five (5) session breathwork series must be completed within a maximum of two (2) months from the first scheduled session.
If a single session has been paid for but has not yet taken place, you may reach out to me at Bloom@coachmilly.com to discuss adjusting to a session series. If we mutually agree that a series is the appropriate next step, your initial payment will be applied toward the series investment.
Sessions are reserved intentionally to respect both your time and mine.
FOR ONE TIME SESSIONS:
This policy helps maintain clear boundaries and ensures the integrity of the time and space held for this work. I understand that life happens, and I appreciate clear communication whenever possible.
FOR SERIES SESSIONS:
Series sessions are designed to provide consistent momentum and structured progress. Because of this, scheduling for series packages follows a different policy than one-time sessions.

This structure supports accountability, protects the integrity of the coaching process and ensures that the time and space reserved for your growth remain consistent and intentional.
Refunds for coaching or breathwork series are available only within a defined window after payment and before any sessions have taken place. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Bloom@CoachMilly.com within ten (10) days of purchase. After this window closes, all payments are final and non‑refundable. If any session in the series has already occurred, the program becomes fully non‑refundable regardless of the purchase date. Individual sessions within a series may be rescheduled in accordance with the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
