I spent two decades inside complex organizations, doing work I was genuinely great at, but somewhere in the middle of it, I wondered why so many smart, capable, self-aware people kept arriving at the same roadblocks and what it would actually take to change it. That curiosity eventually evolved into the Mosaic Method™.
Throughout my career, one truth has remained consistent - systems and strategy alone do not drive sustainable change. Self-authorship and human connection determine whether transformation actually takes root. The bottleneck was rarely the tech - it was the human navigating it. This understanding now shapes how I guide transformation.
The same patterns that stall growth inside organizations often show up in our personal lives. We know what needs to change, yet we find ourselves repeating the same conversations, the same relationships, the same fears and the same internal battles.
I've lived that experience myself.
I've navigated my own seasons of identity shifts, uncertainty and the particular kind of stuck that happens when everything looks fine from the outside, but something deeper is asking for your attention. That journey taught me that insight alone isn't enough. Sustainable change happens when awareness is paired with emotional safety, self-trust and the willingness to choose differently.
Today, I integrate psychology, neuroscience and relational dynamics with the same analytical rigor that shaped my corporate career, creating a more embodied, people-centered approach to transformation. I support individuals who are ready to move beyond habitual patterns, performance-based identities and reactive ways of relating into a more conscious, grounded way of leading their lives.
My approach is holistic and practical. I blend emotional intelligence, mindset work and embodied practices to help clients regulate their inner world, communicate with clarity and make aligned choices anchored in self-trust rather than pressure or conditioning.

When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me lost in a book, a forest or exploring a city for my next memorable meal. I've had a lifelong fascination with stories, symbolism and the ways people make meaning of their lives. I'm endlessly curious about patterns, whether they appear in history, relationships, organizations or human behavior. I also have a deep connection with nature, music and artistic expression as these are the ways in which I find balance. There’s something about my feet on the ground, the smell of trees and the sound of running water that soothes my soul.
When I'm traveling, there's a good chance you'll find me wandering through a historic library, cathedral, museum or archaeological site, thinking about how people, cultures and societies viewed the world and how they navigated change across time. I love exploring ancient sites, often wondering about the people who walked there centuries before me. History has always fascinated me because it reveals the recurring themes of human nature, how we create meaning, build societies, navigate uncertainty and adapt to change.
I have a deep appreciation for conversations that challenge assumptions, expand perspectives and invite people to think differently about themselves and the world around them. My interests span various domains including physics, history, mythology, anthropology and the kinds of topics that sit just outside mainstream thinking. I've always been intrigued by the people who explored the boundaries of what was known – great thinkers, explorers, scientists, historians and storytellers who were willing to question assumptions and look beyond conventional explanations.
Above all, I believe curiosity is one of the most powerful forces for growth. The moment we become willing to question what we've always believed, new possibilities begin to emerge.
