Hi, I'm Milly, a Master Certified Professional Coach and breathwork practitioner.  My journey into coaching and leadership development has been shaped by a rich tapestry of professional and personal experiences, all grounded in a passion for connection, growth, and helping others discover their fullest potential.   Alongside my professional career, I embarked on a deep personal exploration of human connection, psychology, and spiritual growth. This path ultimately inspired me to pursue my divine calling as a healer. Through my coaching, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals as they uncover their potential, break through limitations, and lead with conscious intention.  My mission is simple: to help individuals shift mindsets, connect with a higher sense of self, communicate effectively with empathy, and embrace a journey of conscious leadership.
